Coupons and additional discount codes given for the purchase of additional products due to sizing issues are non-refundable and products purchased with these codes cannot be returned or exchanged. These offers are final and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
We strive to display colors and images of products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors correctly.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products or services to specific persons, geographic regions or jurisdictions, and we may change quantities or discontinue offering products at any time without notice. Descriptions and prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services or other materials will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Although we work hard to minimize size variations, there may be slight differences in the size of shoes.
Delivery:
If you do not collect your delivery within approximately 14 days, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the purchase price for the cost of handling the order.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you should first contact the post office or transportation company to find out what happened. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, request an official confirmation of loss and send it to us.
When a package is marked as “delivered”, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not refund in these cases, but we are happy to assist with a replacement after review.
Return Policy:
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our return address is in China.
Order Processing Policy:
Once an order has been placed, our system begins processing it immediately to ensure prompt fulfillment. Due to this rapid processing, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already entered the shipping process, changes or updates may no longer be possible.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund, but we can resend your order for free if you provide the correct details.
If the shipping company attempts delivery but you do not coordinate with them/us, we cannot issue a refund, as it is your responsibility to ensure that your address can have the package delivered.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, and refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.
Reshipment Policy:
If your order is lost, returned to us, marked as a failed delivery, or arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (including wrong product, size, or color), we will reship your order at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and supporting evidence (such as photos and videos if needed for damaged or incorrect items)
Once a replacement or partial refund has been provided as a resolution, we are unable to issue additional refunds or offer further compensation for the same order.
PART 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. In certain cases, we may limit the quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing and account information for all transactions and promptly update any changes.
